Your IP address has changed. Please log in again

This is a known issue and there are few possibilities why you would receive an error message “IP address has changed” from webmail.

1) Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has a short DHCP lease time, causing your IP address to be renewed/released and re-assigned while you are logged into webmail.
2) You are attempting to login into webmail using the same account from two different devices concurrently.
3) You are using some kind of proxy or VPN that changes your IP address every few seconds/minutes.
4) If you are trying to access your webmail from your mobile device or if you are using any public network, Mobile/WiFi tethering.

You have several solutions to try with:
1) Basically it is occurring if you have a dynamic IP address. So the easy solution is to get a static IP address.
2) You can try these URLs to access your webmail: ------ http://webmail.domainname/ or http://domainname/webmail ------
3) You might have to utilize a proxy with an unchanging IP.
You can try any of the above given solutions and see if the issue has resolved. If nothing works, you may have to contact your ISP and ask them to increase the refresh rate value for your network IP change, that increase the time interval at which the IP address can change for your network.
